Singer and actor Tyrese Gibson is reportedly on the road back to normalcy after behaving oddly over the last couple of weeks.
He told TMZ that a doctor prescribed him the drug Rexulti to help with depression while he battled his ex-wife, Norma Gibson, for custody of their 10-year old daughter Shayla.
Tyrese claims side effects from the medication were to blame for the video he released that showed him crying, while begging Norma not to take his daughter away.
The following week, the “Fast and the Furious” star made a post on Instagram stating that Will and Jada Pinkett-Smith had loaned him $5 million to help him get back on his feet financially. However, the couple denied sending Tyrese any money and expressed concern that he might be having some sort of breakdown.
Tyrese says he is now off of the medication and getting better. He wants anyone that has been affected by his erratic behavior to know that he is sorry.
