The full transcripts of Tekashi 6ix9ine’s indictment have been released, and inside he speaks about joining the Nine Trey Bloods and the crimes he committed.
Tekashi was quoted as telling the court, “In the fall of 2017, I met and joined the Nine Trey Blood Gang. As a member of Nine Trey, the enterprise engaged in such activities including shooting at people, robbing people, and at times drug trafficking.” He would later speak about attempting to murder a rival gang member with the help of other Nine Trey members, and Tekashi added that he “did this to maintain or increase my own standing in Nine Trey.”
Tekashi also seemingly addressed Kooda B shooting at Chief Keef in Manhattan, stating, “On or about June 2, 2018, in furtherance of Nine Trey, of the Nine Trey enterprise, I paid a person to shoot at a rival member of Nine Trey to scare him. The shooting took place in Manhattan. I did this to maintain or increase my own standing in Nine Trey. In furtherance of this shooting, I knew that a member of Nine Trey discharged a gun.”
